Rental service

At Rentfocus we also offer you the opportunity to look for a rental property for you (no cure no pay).  Due to our extensive network we often receive great proposals despite the heated housing market.

Please note: this usually concerns homes in a slightly higher segment. Take into consideration a monthly rent from € 1500,00 to € 3500,00 and the gross monthly income should be at least three times the monthly rent. It is therefore wise to determine yourself whether this fits within your budget or not. And if it makes sense to register for the rental service.
